PROJECTS
M/Y AHPO
377' 7" / 115.1 m. | Lurssen - 2021
Performed a thorough AWL (Above-Waterline) Coating Survey of the vessel's hull sides, bulwarks, superstructure, and mast, top to bottom. The vessel's exterior surfaces mostly contain white colored topcoat, however, there are plenty of high gloss jet black colored areas, that creates a stunning aesthetic.

M/Y TOP FIVE II
(200' 2" / 61.01 m. | Hakvoort - 2021)
Performed a Coating / Paint Failure Analysis of the vessel's AWL (Above-Waterline) Coating System. The coating system contained numerous bubbles, fractures, print-through, and other symptoms that are common with a poorly applied coating system. RCCI also provided Expert Witness Services to ensure that the owner receives what he paid for, a high quality, well built, and well painted superyacht.
M/Y AQUARIUS
(300' / 91.4 m. | Feadship- 2016)
RCCI was contracted to perform in-progress Quality Assurance (QA) Inspections throughout the surface preparation and application of the 2-coat paint system for the vessel's black, grey, and potable water tanks. RCCI inspected each of the tanks, post-blasting operations, and then between coats, followed by the final inspection. Following each inspection RCCI produced detailed Inspection Reports.

Apple's Headquarters
Roof Coating Failure Analysis
RCCI was contracted by Premier Composite Technologies (PMC), the company that designed & built Apple's headquarters in Cupertino, CA. During this contract, RCCI performed Coating Failure Analysis on a failing paint system, which had many parties stumped as to what the cause was. RCCI was able to provide plenty of factual data that proved RCCI's client to be innocent. RCCI was able to determine the root-cause and provided repair recommendations.
Inter Miami CF Stadium
Surveyed the Galvanized Steel Framing
RCCI was contracted by the builder to inspect / survey the galvanized steel framing that supports the stadium seating. RCCI completed a detailed technical report that shared the findings. In addition, RCCI produced a virtual report, which involves a 360-degree VR (virtual reality) "tour" of the stadium while under construction. The client is able to "virtually walk" around the job site and see things exactly as they were during RCCI's inspection / survey.

Pompano Beach Water Treatment Plant
Hurricane Hardening Project - Stucco & Coating Rehab
RCCI was contracted by the city of Pompano Beach to provide on-site and off-site consulting and inspection services throughout the rehabilitation project of the plant's buildings and tank exteriors.
